What is ProCrewz?
ProCrewz is an event labor management software that comes with a mobile app for field employees. The mobile app has many features that will assist the crew:
- Managing Availability
- Accepting and Declining Job Offers
- Clocking In and Out
- Submitting Expenses
- Communication with Rhino
- Integrated Calendar
- And More!
How much does it cost?
The app is Free!
When can I see it?
You can visit procrewz.com to review the app’s features. You should have already received an invitation email from info@procrewz.com, which will guide you through the setup process. Once you login and create your profile, you are welcome to move through it and see what the app looks like.
What if I didn’t receive my ProCrewz invitation?
Reach out to your office and let them know. They will work with Support to resend the invitation. Please verify your email address when you call.
What features does the mobile app have?
This will be an additional tool to help manage your schedule and job needs. The ProCrewz Mobile App will notify you once an offer is sent for work, you will have the ability to confirm or decline, view details about your scheduled gigs, adjust your availability, clock in and out, submit expense receipts, communicate with the scheduling team, etc.
Is anything changing for me right now?
No. We want to be proactive and give everyone ample time to download the app, navigate it, and reach out for questions prior to going live in early 2025. Business will remain as usual until then. You will receive communication as we get closer to going live.
What if I don’t want to install an app, or can’t?
We would like to understand why you don’t want to use the app or why you can’t. This will be the primary source of scheduling, however you are welcome to call and inquire about upcoming work instead.
Can’t I just wait until later to install it?
The sooner you install it, the sooner you can try it out and get comfortable.
Is this replacing the Paycom app?
No. Paycom is a separate app that we will continue to use.
Do I still need to use the Paycom app for anything?
Yes. You will still continue to use Paycom to update any changes to your personal information along with reviewing your paystub and any pertinent HR details.
Will Rhino still send text messages for scheduling?
With the ProCrewz Mobile App, you will receive push notifications for jobs in lieu of text messages.
Should I still call the same number for after hour emergencies?
Yes. We will still continue the same after hour practices.
Can I still call the office?
Absolutely! With the launch of ProCrewz and its Mobile App features, we want to ensure we are maintaining our culture above all else. We encourage you to still contact the office and connect with your scheduling team.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
Rhino started over 30 years ago with a notebook and a phone. Provided we have a way to contact you, you will continue to be scheduled the good old fashioned way.
What permissions will this have?
When you log into the app, ProCrewz will ask for typical permissions such as to allow notifications and to use location services.
- Notifications will be used to alert you about job offers, schedule changes, etc.
- Location services will be used for venue address/directions and geofenced timekeeping.
I’m concerned about my privacy.
We respect and care about the safety and privacy of our employees. When you download the app, you can review the privacy and permissions policy and reach out with any questions.
What type of phone will I need?
For iOS, you will need the iOS 16 operating system at a minimum. That can be found on iPhone 8 and above. For Android, you will need an 8.0 (Oreo) operating system at a minimum. To check this, go to your Settings on your phone. You will find which operating system you are currently using in a General or Info area. If your version is too low, check to see if an update is available for you.
