Congratulations to Rhino's Tammy Tabura on being named to the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces' High Rollers dance team. Tammy will continue in her role as one-half of our national Business Development team (along with her "partner in crime" Lisa Hale) while appearing with the High Rollers at Aces' home games starting on Saturday when the Aces, in defense of their WNBA title, play their first home game of the season. In addition to being a great dancer, one must be 50 years of age or older to be eligible for the High Rollers. Proof positive, said Tammy, that "there is life after 50 and you can still go after your dreams at any age."Tammy has an extensive background in live performance beginning from the tender age of two. She graduated in Theater and Dance with a minor in Education from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and under full scholarship attended the London Contemporary Dance School. Since then, Tammy has accumulated many professional dance credits. Among the most notable are the Pepsi Convention with The Rolling Stones, a Jaguar corporate event with Sting, the Nutcracker with Hawaii State Ballet (in the role of the Arabian Queen) and lead dancer and dance captain for the Lion King Show with Walt Disney World. She is also a master dance instructor in many genres of dance.2023 is Tammy's 11th year with Rhino. She first came on board with Rhino to serve our Nevada office before moving into her current nationwide position. Dear Rhinos, please check your email inboxes for a safety bulletin sent out yesterday regarding high visibility reflective safety vests/shirts. In effort to mitigate the likelihood of struck-by incidents, Rhino requires these on load ins and load outs and some corporate events. This PPE assists in making persons highly visible to both equipment operators and other individuals working in the area. Thank you, all.
