We’re excited to share some well-deserved promotions and new hires across our offices. These moves strengthen our leadership and reflect our investment in the people who know how to deliver excellence for our clients – show after show, in every market.
J Blain and Jeremy Bladecki have been promoted to Assistant Director of Operations. They bring strong leadership, deep experience and a steady hand to this role and we’re thrilled to see them step into it.
We’re also celebrating Louie Gutierrez, who is taking on a bigger role as our new Senior Production Manager. Louie jumps in with full energy every time and we’re lucky to have his leadership in this important position.
In addition, Tracy Medina and Tiffany Francis have been promoted to Senior Operations Managers and Laura Hofford has stepped into the Operations Manager role. Their collective experience, attention to detail and understanding of the Colorado market are huge assets and will continue to move us forward.
Emily Shubert has been promoted to Director of Operations. Emily has been with Rhino for 8 years and has shown tremendous leadership and aptitude during her time with the company. We are excited for her to take on this new challenge.
Corey Fambro has been promoted to Production Manager. Corey brings knowledge and enthusiasm that will be essential to our success in Georgia. Corey’s vast knowledge of crew management, client relations and his ability to bring up his fellow coworkers with him are some of the many reasons he has advanced to his new position.
Las Vegas is excited to share that Nate Head has been promoted to Rigging Manager. Nate’s been with Rhino since 2012 and his deep experience and passion for rigging make him the perfect fit to help train and develop our next generation of Rhinos. We’re truly grateful for his enthusiasm and commitment.
We’re also happy to announce that Paul Perez-Jimenez has stepped into the Assistant Rigging Manager role. Paul’s sharp attention to detail has played a big role in strengthening workplace safety and we’re glad to have him taking on this expanded responsibility.
Rebecca Womack has agreed to expand her Operations responsibilities into the Midwest market. We’re grateful for her willingness to take on new challenges and we know she’ll continue to shine in this expanded role.
We’re excited to share that Sarahjane Salazar has been promoted to Scheduling Coordinator to support Rhino’s growth in the Northeast. Her attention to detail, positive energy and eagerness to jump in will be huge assets as we build out this new market. We’re thrilled to have her in this role.
The Northwest office is excited to announce that Steve Barela has been promoted to Director of Rigging. Steve has earned the respect of the crew and has led by example since he joined Rhino in 2014. Steve has been an essential part of the NBA All-Stars production in Phoenix and we look forward to supporting his efforts in achieving SPRAT Level 3 and a Motor Tech Certification.
Additionally, Justin Rasmussen has been promoted to Rigging Manager. He has been a Rhino since 2013 and excels at special rope access banner projects and has been an asset in our local training efforts. Justin is on his own SPRAT journey to a Level 2. We can’t wait to watch the team grow with his contributions.
We’re excited to welcome back to Rhino Dale DeLisle in the role of Director of Operations in Texas. Most recently Dale was on the road working with George Strait and Wiz Kalifa. Dale will bring his touring and house experience back to Rhino to help build a stronger team.
Additionally, we have hired James Bownds as a Production Manager and Travis Hopson has been promoted to Assistant Director of Rigging. We’re excited for the leadership and experience that they will bring to these positions.
We would also like to thank Mark Gaudet, Israel Jimenez, Ajya Moore, Shawna Sundberg, Ashton Cole, Travis Medley and Jennifer Morrison for their support and efforts during this time of transition. The future is bright for Rhino in Texas.
