March is Women’s History Month and we proudly close it out this year by giving our congratulations to four of ours who have recently received well-deserved promotions.

Engelina Mom – Operations Manager for Tempe, Arizona

Engelina has steadily progressed through various roles at Rhino, beginning as stagehand, moving to scheduler, and now into this leadership role.  About her Rhino experience and new role, she said, “Working at Rhino has given me a real appreciation for the work our crews do every day. Starting as a stagehand myself has shaped how I approach operations, and I’m excited to continue supporting Rhino in this new role!” Outside her professional life, Engelina loves cats and animals and has a passion for Spongebob and video games on her Switch.

Marina Redoblado – Operations Manager for Tucson, Arizona

Marina began her career with Rhino in 2014 as a stagehand and quickly advanced through the ranks, serving as a rigger, rope access technician, and supervisor. In 2024, she transitioned to a full-time Scheduling Coordinator role while continuing to contribute her diverse skill set in the field. Clark Hoffman, Director of Operations for Rhino in Tucson, told us, “We are fortunate to have such a skilled and dedicated professional on our Tucson team.”

Danielle Robinson – Assistant Director of Operations

Danielle started with Rhino as a Scheduling Coordinator in 2011 and two years later became Operations Manager. During the years since, her thoroughness, strategic foresight and attention to detail made her a clear choice for leadership in the Nevada office. Outside of Rhino, Danielle enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her furbaby “Kalani”, but says her biggest thing is devoting my time with family as much as I can.

Roxanne Stebbing – Operations Manager

Roxanne was promoted to Operations Manager after serving in the Assistant Operations Manager role since March, 2019. Roxanne started with us in December, 2013, and has proven a consistent planner, scheduling team leader, and supportive coworker. Roxanne is married and has four children and typically finds herself doing mom duties when not working and likes to go on outings when with her faamily when she can.
