Carpentry Basics, like the other Rhino “Basics” courses, gives those new to carpentry an overview of what the job entails and well as the tools and equipment most commonly used in that department. New material has been added as well.

The Competent Rigger program aims to create a baseline of skills and a consistency in good practices for Rhino riggers across the country. Where paper tests leave off, Competent Rigger picks up with in-depth hands-on training that re-enforces Rhino’s standard of excellence in skill and safety.
Course details include:
If you are a Rhino employee in good standing, have passed our basic rigging training, and have completed down rigging field training (or have equivalent work experience), you may be qualified to take our Competent Ground Rigger training. If you have done all of the above AND have completed our Competent Ground Rigger training and our Fall Protection Rescue training, you may be qualified for our Competent High Rigger training.
